Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how QUOTC LLC (“QUOTC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects and uses personal information when you visit our website, create an account, access our API, or contact us.
1. Who is responsible for your information
QUOTC LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.
Registered address: [Insert the registered address of QUOTC LLC]
Privacy contact: info@quotc.net
You may contact us at this email address with questions about your information or to exercise your privacy rights, including if you no longer have access to your account.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
When you register, we collect your email address and process the password you provide to establish your account credentials.
Your profile may also contain your name, Telegram username, WhatsApp number, and telephone number if you provide them.
API access information
When you create or use an API key, we process information associated with that key, including:
- The server IP address you provide.
- The key’s identifier, type, status, and permitted currency pairs.
- Creation, activation, and expiration dates.
- Records of changes, renewals, and access restrictions.
A server IP address may constitute personal information when it can be linked to an individual.
Messages and attachments
When you use our contact form, create a support ticket, or communicate with us, we collect the contact details, subject, messages, and attachments you provide.
Attachments may include images, documents, or videos. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for handling your request, including passwords, full API keys, wallet recovery phrases, or unrelated personal information about other people.
Payment information
To arrange and verify payments, we may process payment-related correspondence, amounts, dates, transaction identifiers, wallet addresses, and payment confirmations you provide.
For USDT payments on the TRC20 network, transaction information may also be available through public blockchain records.
Technical information
Our website, API, and supporting infrastructure may record technical information such as connection IP addresses, request timestamps, browser or client information, requested resources, authentication events, and errors.
We use relevant technical records to operate the service, investigate problems, and protect accounts and infrastructure. These operational records are separate from optional Google Analytics collection.
Analytics information
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.
Depending on the enabled measurement settings, analytics information may include:
- Cookie-generated visitor and session identifiers.
- Pages visited and referring websites.
- Visit timestamps, session duration, and interaction events.
- Browser, operating system, device characteristics, and language.
- Approximate location derived during processing.
This information can constitute personal data even when it does not contain your name or email address.
We do not intentionally send passwords, full API keys, support conversations, payment attachments, or the contents of account forms to Google Analytics.
Cookie preferences
We retain your cookie choice so that the website can apply it on subsequent visits without asking again on every page.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and maintain your account.
- Authenticate access and support password recovery.
- Create and manage API keys.
- Apply server IP restrictions, permitted access, and expiration dates.
- Handle support requests and correspondence.
- Verify payments and administer activation and renewal.
- Send account, security, and service-related messages.
- Detect misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain service security.
- Analyse website usage and improve content, navigation, and functionality when you consent to analytics.
- Remember and apply your cookie preferences.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Providing the information needed for registration, server access, or a particular request is necessary for us to perform that function. Without it, we may be unable to provide the corresponding service.
Accepting analytics is optional. Refusing analytics does not prevent you from using essential website or account functions.
4. Legal grounds for processing
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract: to provide accounts, API access, support, and payment administration.
- Legitimate interests: to secure our services, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, manage business correspondence, and apply cookie preferences, subject to your rights and interests.
- Legal obligations: where processing or retaining information is required by applicable law.
- Consent: for optional Google Analytics collection and any other optional processing for which consent is required.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not treat continued browsing, scrolling, or an unanswered cookie banner as consent to analytics.
5. Who may receive information
Access to personal information is limited to people and organisations that need it for the purposes described in this policy.
Recipients may include authorised QUOTC personnel, hosting and infrastructure providers, email and communication providers, technical service providers, and professional advisers.
If you accept analytics, Google receives information about your website usage to provide Google Analytics measurement and reporting services.
We may also disclose information where legally required or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Service providers acting on our behalf must process information under appropriate contractual obligations.
6. Google Analytics and external services
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is provided by Google. It uses identifiers and measurement information to help us understand website traffic and interactions.
Google Analytics is enabled only after you select Accept all in our cookie banner. It remains disabled if you select Accept necessary only or have not yet made a choice.
We do not use cookies for advertising or remarketing.
Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Telegram and WhatsApp
If you contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp, the relevant platform processes information under its own privacy policy. We process the communications we receive to handle your request.
Blockchain services
Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchain infrastructure. Removing information from your QUOTC account does not remove public blockchain records, which we do not control.
7. Cookies and your choices
Our website uses necessary cookies for account sessions, security, forms, and maintaining your cookie choice. With your consent, it also uses analytics cookies.
Our cookie banner provides two options:
- Accept all: allows necessary cookies and enables Google Analytics.
- Accept necessary only: allows necessary cookies while keeping Google Analytics disabled.
Google Analytics is not loaded and analytics data is not sent to Google before you select Accept all.
You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the website footer. This reopens the same banner.
If you select Accept necessary only after previously accepting analytics, we stop further analytics collection and remove analytics cookies that the website can delete from your browser.
Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already collected. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to applicable rights and exceptions.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or affect other website functions.
For further details, please read our Cookie Policy.
8. How long we retain information
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Retention depends on the type of information:
- Account and profile information: for account administration and any necessary period after closure.
- API access records: for managing access, investigating incidents, and resolving disputes.
- Support messages and attachments: for handling requests and retaining relevant service history.
- Payment records: for verification, accounting, and applicable legal requirements.
- Technical records: for operational troubleshooting, security, and abuse investigation.
- Analytics information: for website measurement and improvement, subject to the retention settings configured for Google Analytics. Aggregate reports may remain available for a different period from visitor-level or event-level records.
- Cookie preferences: until the stored preference expires, is replaced, or is deleted.
The expiry of an analytics cookie is separate from the retention of information already collected through Google Analytics.
Information may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for a legal claim. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Deleting an API key does not automatically delete your account, payment records, or related support history.
9. International processing
Depending on where our personnel and service providers operate, your information may be processed outside your country.
Information collected through Google Analytics may also be processed on Google infrastructure outside your country, including in the United States.
Where applicable law restricts international transfers, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, as relevant to the transfer.
You may contact us for information about the destinations and safeguards relevant to your data.
10. Information security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks associated with processing personal information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
Keep your password and API keys confidential. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or credentials.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal information and obtain a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive eligible information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to info@quotc.net. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
If a request concerns analytics information, we may need additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records. We cannot necessarily link a particular analytics identifier to your account.
The absence of an email-editing or account-deletion button does not prevent you from submitting a privacy request.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, processing activities, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes or request fresh consent before introducing new optional processing.
