Connecting your platform to the QUOTC data feed
Use the QUOTC API to bring OTC currency pair quotes into your own charts, terminals and applications. The feed is available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, with production access to all 58 supported forex pairs.
Begin with the free test key for 10 pairs, then request production access once your integration is ready. The questions below cover data availability, pair coverage and how access is activated.
Does the feed work on weekends and holidays?
Yes. QUOTC provides OTC currency quotes every day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. This makes the feed suitable for platforms offering OTC currency instruments outside regular forex trading hours.
What kind of currency data does QUOTC provide?
QUOTC delivers independently generated OTC currency quotes. The feed is intended for OTC instruments and is separate from live spot forex pricing. The JSON example above shows the format of a quote message; the API documentation describes every field and the connection requirements.
Which currency pairs can I connect?
A production key covers all 58 pairs listed on this page, including EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CAD, AUD/USD and EUR/GBP. Free test access covers 10 popular pairs so you can evaluate the feed before requesting the full range.
How do I get a free test key?
Create a QUOTC account, open your dashboard and create your free test key using your server IP address. Each account has one test key, valid for 10 pairs. Use the 14-day test period to review the data and validate your integration.
How does production access work?
Request a production key and contact support to arrange payment and activation. Our team sets its start and expiry dates, and access remains active for that period. Contact support to arrange renewal before expiry; each production key is billed separately.
Can I use the feed with my own charts?
Yes. QUOTC provides data through an API, so your developers can connect it to your own charting tools and interface. Review the documentation and test the integration against your platform requirements. If you need to discuss your setup, contact our team.
